i saw a clip on youtube of an audi rs4 works with nitrous 308mph. i think thats the world record on autolog for ps3

I've gotten a Mk1 Golf up to 177mph with nitrous on the standing mile, so anythings possible!

lambo LP640 can hit 277 mph, not quite 300 but if i were better at tuning then maybe

The RS4 can only hit 310MPH. The Veyron I think can hit 316MPH

you could try both, vehicles and see what you can achieve, I have both and the rs4 is much faster.

The Viper by Twins Turbo that you win off "Koz" goes pretty fast, in online event I saw one go to 287mph.

I wonder how you all are even getting to these speeds, my game usually freezes when I get to around 390 km/h, in the Scion drag car at least. Did manage 410 or something with the speedhunters skyline though. Haven't really tried other cars yet that can go faster since I assume my game will freeze with them as well.

Edit: Just got to 446 km/h with the Murciélago a few times without any freezes, weird.
