if i do this will my gamestop and chrome line cars come with me again? if not i wont do it cause it saved me from spending a bunch of money cause i didnt have to buy some cars. if anyone is 100% positive let me know please.
The answer is yes, they'll appear for every game save on your PS3. It's easy to test; just create a new game with a different account.

I started over because i was sick of racing gone like the wind over and over again to get some money. Now i'm going to be more careful about where i spend my money so i can get the cars i actually need to finish the game.. then have fun with it. I'm already level 13 again. Doesn't take long when you know what you are doing..... doesn't make sense to much people, but it does to me.
Seems like a lot of wasted time to start over again. You basically just flushed all those hours down the drain that you spent with your original save file.
. Oh well, I won't be seeing that wine red 599 again.
