starting over

Im considering to start all over. first off im not saticefied with my green gloves that kinda takes my sight off the road. second off i felt like ive got a bad start whatever. One question. Will I be able to use my chromline codes over again or do i have to create an account then gift my wanted cars then gift them back to my in-use-account. sorry for my english

You will have your Chrome Line/stealth cars back if you start over.

You can restart as many times as you want and get the Chrome line back every time.

Yeah, i started over again to when i was at lvl21.
You Always get your stealth/chrome cars even if you use another account.

I remember restarting Far Cry 2 a few times because my characters hands/arms looked ridiculous. That was before I'd actually progressed at all though so I didn't lose anything.

You get them automaticly when you start a new game.
Even on another account.

Goto the Game section on your PS3 XMB page > then look for saved games then press Triangle on GT 5 and Delete.

It's stupid as hell that you can't change clothes in the game. Different outfits would be a good market to introduce.

Better to add a new user on the PS3 and use that to start a new game. Then, if you ever want to go back to the old game you can. And you can also gift cars from your old user to the new if you want.

I started a second account just to run through the events again and maybe pick up some different used cars from the car dealer this time around. Stealth car and Nascar was added as soon as I entered GT-Life

I noticed this too, so its not at all tied to your account but to your hard drive! This also explains why PD won't let you backup your save file, otherwise you could gift accounts so that others could have those chrome line or stealth cars!

And I have thought of re-starting and wouldn't mind doing the main races again but can't think of re-doing the licenses and special events again, some are a pain and not fun...

No it doesn't. The cars are tied to your HDD/PS3 as you said, letting someone else use your account wouldn't get them the cars because the content isn't on their hard drive.
