Stealth code question

To start things off I would like to mention that I bought a PS3 slim from an Australian store and I have bought all my PS3 games from Australian stores. Don't know if that will help you answer my question.

I would like to get the stealth vehicles for GT5 but have heard of this regional code. So I am wondering from where around the world would I be able to get these DLC codes for it.
At the moment I am looking at one from Asia and another one from the UK. According to the seller I can use the UK one but the seller for the Asian code hasn't stated where their code can be used.

Please don't have a go at me for not knowing. I am young and I have searched but I have not found an answer.

I know if you get the Asia ones i think you have to have a PSN account thats registered in Asia, so you'd need a new, separate account.

Okay then. Asia is off the cards.

EDIT : I have found this site (well a couple actually) where you can apparently "download" the codes. I am just wondering how legit these are and if it's illegal. I won't use them if they are and I won't show a link to the site just in case.

Any site where you have to "download" a 12 digit code sounds very suspicious to me. The code is eaiser to type out. Think about it.

The codes have to match your disk, so I believe you are PAL? If so thats what you need. 👍

Not to mention a separate disk as well starting your game over from the beginning.

Yer, I did and got the codes hehe.

I would think you could buy the codes from Ebay UK and you should be ok, both are PAL regions and you have a PAL copy of the game so it shouldn't be a problem, but it's your risk with that.
 
Lot's of websites want you to download a file with the code in, but first you have to fill out a survey or enter a competition. Reeks of foul play to me
