Stealth Furai?

Hey all, I just bought another Mazda Furai from the UCD and it has no color description,just a very dark swatch of colour.
Would anyone out there know what it is that I've got here as I've never seen a stealth car before and don't even know if I would be able to get one through the UCD.
It's drop dead georgeous of course with some red in the wing and a little down the center of the roof...Thanks in advance. :)
 
Perhaps it's Matte black without a description?

Well I just checked all my Mazda chips and there's nothing even close to this colour in there though black matte does look closest to the colour on the car.
Also I checked just by paint type and while I do have a few matte chips,again it doesn't show and I have no chrome or carbon chips at all.
I wish I knew how to put a picture out there but I'm too challenged that way...I'm lucky when my microwave agrees with me!!! :dunce:

Yes it's black maybe dark gray with a splash of red but it just doesn't say that and I've never encountered this before.The colours for the other three Furai I have show up with the other Mazda chips and this un-named one doesn't...Weird.
 
That Furai must look gorgeous. I've never seen that before but it's my favorite car in the game. Congrats on your find and i hope i find one too :-)

It does look fantastic and It shall remain nearly pristine with its 20.7mi on the odometer...I have an awesome Gran Turismo Red one that I drive.
This is the first car that I've bought or won that wasn't accompanied by an extra paint chip(is that right?)do they usually come with all cars?
It's just a mystery colour and I wish you the best of sucess in finding one too!

A lot of cars come with no paint chip. Specifically the race cars with logos and such. Watch when the car rolls out to you after buying it--some have no "color" (paint chip).

I can confirm that, just go and buy the High End Performance G37 from the Premium car dealership and choose the carbon fiber finish. Unfortunately, you can't get that color :(

That would've been great to be able to apply carbon fiber to my favourite cars...

Sorry, not stealth. That's just the colors of the real prototype. Notice the red lurking around the spoiler in the pic.

Gorgeous, nevertheless. You're lucky to have scored it in that color scheme. Mine's bright green: tasteless. :yuck:

This I agree with, because naked carbon is beautiful. But it doesn't sound like something GT would do because if your car has a carbon body, it'll obviously be much lighter and not just look carbon-y.

So I have a great idea: part of the weight reductions process would turn your car's body to naked carbon (stage 2 or 3 perhaps). If you don't fancy that look, you can paint it back to it's original color, or even something new. Or there could be a separate function for making the body carbon; this could kill some weight off too.

Yeah, but it could be a carbon fiber wrap, so no weight reduction.. But i guess PD doesnt' like cheap looking material. But i do like your idea of a carbon fiber body option, even if it was 500,000cr. like the engine overhaul thing, it'd be nice..
 
Special thanks to ashes619 and danjee for those great pics!. I've never seen mine outside so to speak.Only in my garage where it's a little darker but they do look very similar. I'm sure that's it...Looks great doesn't it?
SoCal Senator you are right when you said not all cars come with chips. I found that out with the very next car I bought. Yep,a race car...no chip!
Koukl507,thanks for scouting out or remembering about the G37...I had bought one much earlier in my travels and had never noticed that it too doesn't have a colour designation even though mine is a much lighter gray.(should have bought that dark black matte looking one!:banghead:) A very nice looking and performing car. Used that one to win one of my 4hr Ring races.
This Furai will never see the light of the Sun though...She's an "Indoor" car.:)
 
Haha, i have 2 of the prototype, both 0 miles. And another one in one of my other accounts. Got my first one really early as a price car, i think.

Sadly it's not tradeable anymore. :guilty:
 
Just got that the other day as well. Engine rebuild is hella expensive tho!

That is not Stealth, that color is Gran Turismo Gun Metal Grey. 👍
