Steering wheel to Chilicoke adapter help

Hello, I am considering of purchasing this steering wheel.

It is not an aftermarket steering wheel but this is from a Initial D Arcade machine. I was astonished to see this since I loved the Initial D Arcade Stage 3, and 5. The only problem is that just looking at the center behind the wheel, where the hub fits in. Im worried that I wont be able to screw this on the Chilicoke adapter. So any suggestions?

If you guys think that its possible to do this then I may consider getting a G25 or G27.
 
Maybe if you drill the holes on the wheel you wont need an adapter... very nice wheel by the way... whats its size?

Where would I have to drill the wheel on the G25/27 though?
Im not sure about the wheel diameter. I guess I would have to go to my local arcade and measure the wheel from the actual Initial D arcade machine. :lol:
 
i dont think it'll work as is...the chilicoke adapter is designed for wheels that have flat surface on the back. so if you wanna mount it on a g25/27 what you'll need to do is grind off the back to make it flat -a machine shop should be able to do this for you for cheap. While there have them drill the holes for you (assuming you have the adapter already). But yeah, its very doable.
 
That won´t fit in the chillicoke adapter, and i wouldn´t recoment a direct aplliance on the steering column.
You will have to look for a wheel with a "momo" or "Sparco" mounting holes (70mm PCD).
 
I wouldn't suggest that wheel either. There are plenty of other generic wheels on eBay that fit chilicoke's adapter that are much cheaper in price as well.
 
oh alright thanks guys for the suggestions. I'll keep an eye on cheaper steering wheels on the net.
