R_34 King, if you are thinking about buying a Logitech Wheel, I will recommend that you get the red PC version.
Where I live it is a lot cheaper than any of the blue PS2 ones, and it works perfectly.
neon_dukeHello, bbathala, and welcome to GTPlanet!
I wish I could give you a specific answer, but I can't. The wheel will probably function, since the Logitech USB wheels seem to. However, I seriously doubt the programmable buttons will be programmable, since that is probably handled by software rather than in the wheel.
I'd also like to thank you very much for searching for your answer before posting a new thread.

it will work fine with your PS2, no worries 👍bbathalahas anybody tried using the new pc steering wheel from logitech if it will work on the ps2? it has programmable buttons. please help 💡
vat_manI concur - the red PC version (the Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP) was the basis of the blue GT Force wheel (the one without the PS2 controls on the hub) - and when I say basis, I mean it's the same wheel, but the PS2 version is blue (which I have) and the PC version is red.

vat_manThe Driving Force will work on the PC - just go to the Logitech website and download the Wingman software.
Race Idiot - if the wheel is the Wingman Formula Force (and it will be quite old - they stopped making them 3 or 4 years ago) it will work with the PS2 and GT3 - the PS2 will read it as a GT Force.
No kidding.. how about the yellow Formula GP?vat_manThe Driving Force will work on the PC - just go to the Logitech website and download the Wingman software.
