Stig Helmets and Rally Helmets... Where do we get them?

I am wondering where people get the Stig coloured helmets (not white or black) and rally helmets as my PSN friends have them but I cannot find anywhere to find them?

They're not in seasonal as all the events give you paints and horns which are quite frankly - pointless... 👎

If you win the seasonal events you get helmets and suits. 2nd and 3rd place give you paints and horns. At least I do get a lot of racing suits and helmets doing Season events.

Implementing a colour stig helmet isn't hard, I imagine they will be or are in the game.
