hmm. well i was coming here to post my times, and never realized you said no oil change in your posts, i bought a new r34 vspec II and an evo vii rs and gave em both oil changes before i ran em, whoops. oh well. im sure the hp they get from an oil change would roughly be the same as a run in engine w/out an oil change. either way, here are my results.
took some launch control, but after some tries, in the R34 i managed a 12.962, this was w/ 4.0 miles on the car, and the hp was 337. its tough, that car needs just the right launch to get it down in under 13
The Evo VII was a bit easier, that thing launchs like a mother and even tho it has lower hp than the skyline, the lighter weight definently helps it out. No special launch teqnique here, just put the pedal to the ground and go for it. After some tries in that one i managed a 12.959, this was w/ 2.5 miles on the car and 321hp
on both cars asm and tcs were off. df i put down as LOW as it would go. (the higher you put it the more drag you get. not good for top speed) and i started off in 1st gear on both cars. (they arent powerful enough in stock form to warrent starting in 2nd)
on the skyline my launch area was somewhere around the the 6500-7500 rpm range, couldnt quite find the sweet spot tho.
in the evo i found the best way was to just redline it from the start and shift at about 7500rpms
so those are my reslults. sorry i didnt see the thing about the no oil change, but like i said, id assume the hp on a fresh engine w/ an oil change would be about roughly the same as a broken in engine w/out an oil change
