Coincidentally, this is the first and only photo I've ever taken of backfire - just so damn hard to catch...

an easy way to do it is to switch it to manual before the photodrive then when your driving stop and tap it up to top gear and pull away, spits like a machine gun 👍 then youv got loads of opportunities
