Having noticed a lot of people being asked to search for an existing thread...

What length of time is acceptable for ressurecting an old thread instead of starting a new one?

<MOURNINGSTARR> : I have searched a lot of times , and I got the imformation that I want it (not everytime but sometimes). So if you want to find something about (for example) GT3 so search ffs!

There's no set length of time for acceptability (for instance this thread; almost precisely a year old since last post). If the thread is relevant to what you want to know, and you just want some extra clarification, by all means bring it up again. That way the same ground doesn't have to get re-written.

However, if you can't find something close enough to what you're looking for, feel free to post a new thread.

People should only get mad when threads are revived for no reason, in the hope that someone will get tricked into thinking it's current.
 
Who said that? But given that your IP's are an exact match, I'd say it's a pretty strong conclusion to draw that you are the same person... which will be noted to the other moderators.
 
Mehr, what would be the point? He seems to have calmed down quite a bit since what happened over a year ago...
