Strange Spanish notice in my News Window

Have just started GT5 only to see this notice in the News window. Seems to be in Spanish. Looks like online is down for an hour.

Its in portuguese. Thankfully its almost like my native spanish. It says that the online service will be out for the next hours: from 1am to 2am brazil time. Also that the time of the outage can change without notice.

Looks like Portuguese. I can make out most of it (I'm fluent in Spanish).
Says the online part of GT5 will be under maintenance during those hours and you won't be able to use the online function. Then it says those hours may vary.

Yes it is Portuguese that notice.

@Grayfox, Seem that Portugal is the countrys that have more PS users per capita from the europe. I read this somewhere that I can't remember now.
I don't know if this have any influences
