is it me or does this game seem a billion times better than nfsu:2 its got real companies real body kits cops in all modes and its graphics and physics are better, and its by namco so you know it'll be good.

Well right now it does, but I wouldn't be to sure since none of us have played it, if this game does turn out better I'll buy it. its by Namco alright but I was never a fan of any Namco racing game, I think its because I never like any ridge racer game.

SRS was not created by Namco. It was created by Eutechnyx, a developer for 3DO. When 3DO went bankrupt, Namco picked up the rights for SRS and is now it's publisher.

You think SRS will be better than NFS:U2 just because it has real body kits and better arcade physics? :dunce: I'm surprised no one has said that the reason they think SRS is better because you can buy women as if they were another bolt-on.

Both sucks 👍
SS2 : You don't need to rent NFS:U2 first , just look at NFS:U ;)

W00T! I've got my internet today!!!!111!!1!!!!11

I'm going to be checking out NFSU:2 and SRS. NFSU:2 looks loads better than the original and SRS looks alright.

i ment the physics are more realistic in underground it was to simple, and the cars were ugly and in underground 2 anll that looks new is the rx-8 and free roming. srs is awesome real companies a dino and the cars arent retarded looking or "riced up" to most of you.

Game Pro gave it a 3.5 out of 5.... I will probably buy it, just because I buy every driving game that shows any level of promise....

I hope it's better than NFS:U... That game was too easy, and the drifting physics were laughable at best....

So far, I don't hold out much hope of it being anything less than a NFS:U clone with a few cheasy additions....

;)

I'll be buying SRS before NFS:U2, that's for sure.

I mean the CaRPG, racing in daytime is in both, but EA left out big things with NFS:U. Damage. And teh damage in NFS:U...please. And no cops. BOO!!!

SRS, got the cops, the women (me like), real damage, and LOOK! We can go through the flashing neons during a race!

I hope U2 really improves over the first.

OH!

I played a demo of it with the mustang, and AWESOME! I constantly play the demo even though there's only 1 car and 1 track. The crashes have be redone and look amazing

Burnout 1-Typical arcade racing with cool crashes.
Burnout 2-Due to demand of crashing, the game turned its point to going all out destructive racing.
Burnout 3-Now the makers have gone down to where everything and ANYTHING is crashable. Signs can be BENT, pedestrains and buses can loose doors, etc.

It seemed the original idea was for an all out arcade racer with crashing that nogame had never done.
Now the idea is to crash and take out oppenents, and more while winning your races.

Good thing about the game. Now on multiplayer crash mode, the 2 players can go at the SAME TIME instead of taking turns. PLUS, you can HAVE TEAM CRASHES!
SWEET!

Alright, back to topic...

I will be renting them first, I have learned my lesson from buying a game without testing it out. Yes, Im talking about Auto Modelisa.
