Heh...none of those pictures are loading...cept for the one here. All red x's.

Maybe, just maybe, it is front wheel drive and he has his lights on? You do know that the rear lights light up when you have headlights on right?

Yeh, I guess so...but look past the tires, and you can see skidmarks...:)

Is it just me, or in the last picture with the Celica, does the surrounding are look kinda like the are near the Malibu in Vice CIty?

Dodge viper..You can't honestly distinguish any of that..It could be a shadow it could be a friggen cat in the road...YOU won't be able to say otherwise untill the game is out....Second..You know it's going to be lame, because they don't have liscencing for 1/2 their cars..

Actually, I can see the skidmarks go past the rear wheels, my guess is heavy braking coming up to a turn...I could get out the good ole photoshop and point you to where i can see the mark past the tire...;)

EDIT:
Wow, just looked back over it...some games don't need licensing to be a great game, that can be said with most of the games that EA do...sure they do a wide range of sports licensed games, but some companies have done a lot better versions of those games with UNLICENSED cars/sports stars/teams...Licensing isn't everything, gameplay should be about 90% of the reason someone buys a game...;)

Here, just look above the yellow dot...;)

Sorry but posting twice in a row mods, but I can't seem to edit an image into my other post.

Just because the tires are locked doesn't mean that the car is going to slide all over the road.

Yeh, if the car is all lined up a car can lock it up and slide straight...;) It depends on how good a driver you are...

Wait, just let me get this straight, you're talking about real life, we're talking about a game. It can't be perfect, and if you cant handle the fact that it isnt perfect, then don't ***** and moan, you wont find anybody here that would listen to you.

What if the shot was taken a split second after the car locked it up? I still reckon that shot was taken when it was braking, and like Andrew said, it's a game, not real life, maybe the physics can incorporate that...

I know that..But I doubt the game has some "auto straightening function"

Yes they do, if you have your DS2 centered, and punch the go pedal, it'll go straight, probably only straying off by a few degrees after a few kilometres.

A wheel on the other hand, if it is a few degrees off, it'll turn, but if it is centred, the car will go straight, its just how the game is programmed.

Cobra...But how is one going to RE-STRAIGHTEN IT ..perfectly with the road..if it was braking! there had to be acceleration...meaning there was some sort of movement..So how could it be perfectly centered in the ROAD..not centered as a car..Centered on the ROAD

ok....Look at the picture...The car is perfectly parrallel with the rest of the road.....it's not offset at all...Meaning it couldn't be braking...Because in order for there to be braking there has to be movement..right???..

Yeh, but if you don't turn the steering wheel, the car can remain in a straight line...but maybe all that happened was he/she put the pedal to the metal with the brake on, causing a burnout...:dopey: That could be the simplest solution here, seeing as the car looks quite stationary to me.

EDIT: It could also be against the "wall" of the track at a high speed, therefore by heavy braking, the car still remains parallel to the track...

ok Cobra...Look at the picture..The car is in a perfect line with the road..with the sidewalk..with the buildings.....There is no way in hell someone could re-align the car perfectly like that...unless it was there in a STARTING position.....

Ow c'mon man! It's only a game, a few degrees out in real life might not look like a few degrees in a game!

Consoles can't generate images as detailed as what the human eye can, so of course it'll look straight.

.....Lol...It doesn't matter..the game sux ballz..Any game that has a S2000 or a Supra that isn't called a S2000 or a Supra..sux ballz..just like Stuntman..
