When will there be a records book SA?
You going to register a new account -- C. Johnson? Good to see there's still going to be someone to keep Spuds honnest in the killing department.

Repeated periods of standing next to the Four Dragons Casino save spoint on a killing spree with a Desert Eagle might be a good way to rack the kills up.

Also Jimmy, have you ever tried driving off the ship with the magnet attached? Or going on two player, one in the car and the other in the crane?

Oh, you can have one in the crane and one in the car? I didn't think that would be possible, as both players usually can't have 2 different cars.

Also, I haven't tried driving off, but I've drove full speed ahead when the magnet was attached on the ground. It's like a swing.

I don't think so, as in 2-Player Mode, they only let you drive 1 car. It'd be worth a try though, although I don't think any Stats count in 2-Player.

It actually if fun if you have a good player. I played with my mom. But she did OK for a complete beginner. She killed 20 people and destroyed 11 cars.:D

Yeah but she can't drive at all. Many times we almost drove off the cliff before taking the controller and correcting her. So I'm the driver and she's the shooter.

i think its easier to do wheelies in vice city, with the pcj and dirtbike i can go for ages. in SA its harder i think.

Yeah, I've found wheelies alot harder with the analogue stick. I'll need to find the sectret to using that for wheelies.

I find it easier then in VC--getting the wheelies is about the same to me, I just find it easier to turn while popping a wheelie using the stick.

Yeah same. I complained when i first started playing the game that i couldn't get CJ to lean back whilst turning, but i found that that is one of the features you get for getting his bike skill metre up high.

Wheelies in SA are not that hard.
You just need a BMX, go to an Airport (I like LS one) and start a wheelie. When the BMX come at about 70°, release the stick and keep X pressed. You just need to turn. If you want to go faster, you can still tap X.

I found Wheelies to be pretty difficult on San Andreas at first, but I've gotten fairly used to them and they're starting to become as easy as on Vice City. It will still take some getting used to keeping them going for long periods (on Motorbikes, not BMXs), but I'll get there eventually.

Yeah, on BMXs they're easy as, but Motorbikes are more difficult IMO.

I think ability to do wheelies go up with bike skill. My balance etc seems to be a lot better now with max skill than in the beginning. I'm even able to do a 1225 metre wheelie....with a Freeway! Could'nt do that in Vice City!

Yeah, according to the guide, the balance on the bike, ability to keep on the bike and bunny hopping all increase in level as the Bicycle Skill Level increases.

I've not managed to register a wheelie in my stats at all... I had the same problem with VC... max I ever did was 2 seconds!!!

I could to that in Vice City ;)

Well, try a BMX or Lowrider Bike (called the "Bike" in the game). These bikes should keep them fairly well.

Also, don't continually pull back as hard as you can. When you reach about 45 degrees or so, ease it up a bit. There are a few more tips I could give you, but that is the most common problem. Also, bikes like the Pizza Boy, Freeway, HPV-1000 and Wayfarer (although this can get up, it can't hold) don't do wheelies, or at least not very well.

EDIT: This was in response to yeti's problem.

Cheers Jimmy... I'll see what I can do... I was sure I had one going for quite some time... but I was riding along at about 85 degrees and sparks were coming from the back...

I have a real problem sustaining them though as I tend to end up driving into things...

Stoppies I can pull real well... When VC came out I held a record for a little while using the Faggio (At another forum) until I told everyone what to do... and people mastered it...

If there's sparks coming out from the back, then on San Andreas, you can't bring it back down unless you come to a stop. This is because of differences between the physics in both games. But just don't pull as far back as you can to do a wheelie. It will never work properly.

If we're posting stats here
Absolutely, that's one of the main reasons for this thread.

I haven't done really much with the bikes in terms of tricks. In fact, I've hardly ridden the Bicycles at all. I think the majority of my Bicycle stats are from Blake playing my game.

You can do wheelies on the Freeway much easier than you can in Vice City. I managed a 1000m+ wheelie which lasted about 90 seconds on a Freeway. The HPV1000 and Wayfarer can also do long wheelies if you have a large open area or a long stretch of freeway.

The Sanchez doesn't seem as easy to do wheelies with as in Vice City. The PCJ600 / BF400 / FCR900 / NRG500 are probably the way to go.

i found the Racing Bike by a airport hanger in San Fierro's Aiport.i had no problem doing wheelies with it,but i have trouble with the regular bikes
