I can't seem to find any anywhere and I would be most grateful if someone could help me out. I'm trying to get all my favourite cars tuned up correctly for the track (usually Nurburgring) I test my cars. The older models have always been over shadowed by the premium spec ones but these deserve some love too.

That is the only I could find and with the others, you might have to ask a tuner to setup the other cars for you, there are some good tuner here may help you. Just go to a tuner thread and place a post in there.
 
I actually found a 95' tune also in Toge FITT challenge, it's really looking deep in the forums and I shall do, thankyou. :)

Pick any and install following things:
125mm/125mm
Stock
Stock
Stock
-1.5/-1.2 camber
-0.13/+0.08 toe

Init 5/9
Accel 20/32
Decel 10/17
Driver controlled diff 41/59 or torque controlled for bit stiffer way

If you want better exit turn reduce rear toe closer to zero, and if better entry turn reduce bit front toe closer to zero.

Then start slamming power and do other changes as you prefer.
 
@Tom Emmott forgot to mention, that ride height is for SH tires, drop 1mm per grade for others, i.e. 2mm lower for SS to 123mm etc, same but higher if going on comfort grade tires.
Practically any Subaru goes well with these bases.

Tested that just for fun on stock Subaru Impreza super touring car, with stock RH and 85mm height, instant 0:54 laps on Tsukuba noABS and lot of 0:53 laps :)
