Subdomain not working

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but the forums.gtplanet.net subdomain is not working since the server shift. The subdomain is being recognised, but it needs to be pointed (in httpd.conf?) to the forums directory - currently you're getting a 403: Forbidden error.

You'd be able to check the logs, and see how many people are using the subdomain, but it does mean that a lot of the links to other threads aren't working any more.
 
I just didn't use that address for the forums any more, it was still in service to redirect people to the new address. It prevents old links from becoming broken or outdated.
 
So does that mean old forum attachment links with the old forums.gtplanet.net will get redirected to gtplanet.net?

No, that does not apply to attachments, just links to forums, threads, and the forum home page itself.

Don't know if it's the same problem, but my link to forums.gtplanet.net hasn't worked since the most recent server upgrade. I can get in through http://gtplanet.net, and then "forums", but just thought you should know.

Ah! I forgot about this again! I just enabled the subdomain, so it should start working again soon...
 
All of mine are working properly except for a few that have been down for months (i.e. photoshopjunkie.com). I dunno why I leave broken links in there; I guess because it makes me feel more important as a web-user (I have more links! Yay for me!). Oh well. At least this one works, and that's just about all that matters really (site is enough to keep me occupied for hours).
