Subforum for gif and manga

If anyone has been wondering i sent Jordan an email asking for a subforum for gif items and manga. I hope he takes it into consideration and does it.

Well, maybe this is off-topic, but I didn't want to make a new thread for it.

Are the GIF comps done for good? or are the makers not posting them due to this whole debate thing? (if the second is the reason, then thats a bunch o crap.)
