From the reports on the news, Suddam has been captured in his hometown in Iraq, but these are still uncomfirmed reports...

Yes, we got him. I started a thread in Rumble but Giles closed because of this was started here. Sorry about that.

They found him in a farmhouse south of Tikrit. He was hidding in a "spider hole" 6 to 8 feet in side the house. No shots were fired, but two AK-47s were found.

He had a full beard, but they shaved it off so they can compare him to his photos. They are doing a DNA test to make sure it's him.

They had him captured for more than 15 hours before releasing this information.

Now, all we need is this Osama asshole, and it will be a Merry Christmas.

if they hand him over to them there is the chance that his remaining followers will do anything they can to get him back though. so i doubt he'll be allowed anywhere near the middle east again.

Well, I fell asleep with my TV on last night at like 2:30 or so and some funky dream woke me up at around 6:30 and I heard the announcers saying that he had been captured and I thought I was dreaming again but nope. I'm glad really, and he really did look bad, I think they should've left the beard on him, it made him look shabby.

Oh, and They're still talking about it now *has it on Fox* and they asked some senator guy (didn't catch the name) if saddam should be tried here or in Iraq, and I think we put him in Iraq, I'm sure they'd be more... inventive... in his punishment
