Sunset Peninsula logo found in FM Files after Update 11

Just curious since someone I know apparently found a new kind of logo for the Sunset Peninsula track in the FM files after Update 11 went live, potentially meaning it might come back. Is anyone able to confirm if this is real or not?

I think traces to Sunset Peninsula have been found before from @TheAdmiester but I don't think much stock can be put in it. T10 looks like they may be focused on bringing back real world circuits from FM7.

True, but I imagine down the line that they’ll not only add more new real world & fantasy tracks, but also bring back old ones from past games like FM4. That’ll probably be sometime in the future though, after they bring back ones that they “rescan” from FM7
 
Sunset was meant to be the surrogate for Daytona back in the day due to licensing issues, so I'm not entirely sure they would bother remodeling what would basically be a redundant track unless it was getting a massive overhaul in configuration. And given that there have been many references to things in previous games' data that never came to be, this is more likely either just test/placeholder data or was stuck in there to mess with the dataminers.
 
^ While I hope that is the case and we get Bathurst instead, Sunset Peninsula Infield was a much more fun roval than any of the ones we have in FM8, so it wouldn't be a total waste.

Also Sunset Peninsula had a drag strip, and while personally I'd rather see them not bother with drag racing and open that can of worms, if it was going to make a return then that would probably be a point in its favor.

To be honest I liked Sedona Raceway Park more, just because of the way the road course spilled out of the oval track and into the surrounding countryside.

But if they raised the bankings on Sunset and widened it a bit to make it more like Talladega, I wouldn't mind. There are enough cars in the game that could take advantage of that to really make use of their insane horsepower, and there would still be enough room to do interesting things with multiple infield configurations too.
