Does anybody have any idea what to put the settings on that stupid Veyron they make you run on the very last License race? Very frustrating for such a difficult track using a car designed to go 268mph.

I used it w/minimal aids possible as i like to get the car sideways pointed in the direction i want before i put all the power down. GOLD

I am glad to see I am not the only one having trouble getting passed this one. At this point I would be happy just to get a silver so I can move on with the events.

I put tcs on 2 and abs on 1 (using a ds3) as for the rest just do a couple of laps and use your ghost to see where you can go faster. also check how much of the curbstones you can use in the first and last chicanes. if you brake properly there you can win some time, there are also some long corners where you can go faster than the gear thing indicates. Took me almost 45 minutes to gold that test, i even missed the gold time with 0.005 seconds.

I finally beat it, only on bronze because I'm over that whole gold thing. Had abs on 10 and TCS on 3 with a DS3. Got one clean lap in (.200 off of bronze) and used that as my ghost for the next lap, stayed in front of it. MOVING ON, thank GOD!

So far I have only got Bronze with that one as I just wanted to open up the Special section. My first run with it was a test run as had never used that car before and was way off the bronze time, second run I think I improved by about 3 seconds or so and got bronze. Stopped there but will go back. I ran it with all aids off except ABS 1 and had controller sensitivity set to 2 (I use a DS3) and I had no problem at all controlling the car....in fact, I was able to brake much later than I was expecting (had read loads about it being a nightmare to stop). I find it turns surprisingly well given the size and weight of it. Just keep experimenting with your lines and push the limits of the track (even if you get DQ'd), work out the best line and speed for each corner and try to string them together. As mentioned before, the 2 chicanes can be cut across quite a bit which will help shave some time off
