OK. As most of us know, the job of a super moderator is to monitor posts and maintain the message boards in a orderly fashion. And it no order whatsoever I will give analysises of 3 super moderators.

Josh- Alright, he's good now. right? Somewhat I just don't get why he dosen't close posts and such when they absouletly need to be closed. In some cases he will just wait until some other super moderator will close it for him. I mean, josh DUH? :dunce:

neon_duke- Now this guy knows what do. Very helpful, does his job correctly. Now Josh, he's a good example for you.;)

Boombexus- Same deal with neon_duke. Helpful and is pulling his weight around here. I'd also like to add that he is straightforward with is answers. (Somethimes with the most complicated questions he can answer them with a simple yes or no.)

Now, then in conclusion some moderators do not pull their weight sometimes (not going to name anymore, for safety's sake.) But just with the craziness of foul posts and such I'd just thought I'd bring this in. Now josh, I am NOT flaming you or telling you to quit because you suck so bad anyway. Oh and this is open to debate if you choose

-Thanks

You might be reminded that there are many of us, but a ton of posts too.

True, but i decided to leave them out. Their good anyway and they do their job correctly also.

What, you think I didn't know there were more?

And also, I don't want to get banned im just creating a thread for open debate not for flaming and talking crap about the mods.

You didn't know that threads addressed to or who's topic is about specific members is frowned upon, so why not? Seriously, this is the stupidest thread I've seen in a long time. You're just a winer with to much time to think about insignificant crap.

It's true. Threads about specific members are forbidden by the AUP.

Believe it or not, we privately discuss this kind of thing quite a bit. We feel it's important to do our job in a consistent way so that members can understand the limits and where they fall.

The mod staff is realtively well coordinated here, but we are all individuals. Each person has a different interpretation of what the AUP is. Some people have differing thresholds of "acceptable", and indeed sometimes each of us has a different idea depending on the situation. We try to strike a decent middle ground between flexibility and consistency. We even moderate each other on occasion.

That being said, I'm closing this thread on behalf of the AUP.
