Suzuka Circuit is undoubtably one of the world's most famous road courses. Each year it plays host to the exciting Super Taikyu series and the Suzuka GT 300KM. This year, the international crowd is here, ready to take the race by storm.

Excellent track. Although 15 laps is going to be a long old race. Hope i can maintain concentration for the duration. Good luck everyone.
 
i agree with rob 15 laps is a lot....and concentration will be hard....especially since im a little ADD....lol....well good luck to all the drivers out there!!!!!

p.s. this is where the class changes take effect right?

YES:D, I can start testing again:). I don't know why but I just love to drive this car:D.
I should have a time in for the qualifier in a few days.

Anyways I have my qualifier time done I will try to
do the race tomorrow and then send in my time.

I've just submitted my Q times. Still 4 days before the deadline so plenty of time yet. I hope this series doesn't fall flat on it's face after only one week :indiff:
 
I hope everyone is testing... *is getting to work on it on Saturday because he is off all day* :D --- Randy:dopey: qualifying is done, but more concerned about the race....
 
I keep doing testing, and now I have to learn to drive with my new DFP:).
I have found that I can turn the car more and I have better gas/brake
control, as well better steering control. Not bad for about $130.00.
 
I was never a fan of the wheel, but I stepped on my controller and it cracked open and broke!
 
I'm finally getting around to testing, as I've found some spare time. Suzuka here I come!
 
hi i am really sorry about being a no show for the last race. If that doesnt disqualify me or anything than I will do this race. It is a hectic time of year but I can race the other races i believe.


How is the race run is it just like the hi land one? There is also one required pit stop correct? Can qualifaction lap be run in practice?

Qualification lap is run in practice. As for the race, no pit stop.
Hope that clears things up, good luck. :)
 
And don't forget for the race to let all the AI pass you on the warm up lap so that when you cross the line to start lap 1 you are at the back of the pack. 👍
 
when can we see the qualification results? are they as close this time around?
 
I hopefully will not have to use the qualification lap i have already. It is slow and I have had several laps that were like 1 second faster only to completely miss that last turn. I will try again tomorrow and submit a time after that. Hopefully it will be at least respectable.

Are we allowed to discuss t times.
 
Take as many qualifying laps as you want. No discussion now. :P

I remember reading somewhere that you can only run the race twice but I cant remember if it was for this series. Can you run it more than once?

I just ran it and my times go from cruising to 30 seconds slower then all of a sudden the rest of my race is very fast.

well not good qualifying in the ST5... but really good in the Qualifying for the ST2 :D --- Randy

I just finished my race. not as fast as Iwould like but as fast as i can go here.
Suzuka is fun but I still dont like it. Good luck to everyone:tup:
