******BREAKING NEWS******

Earlier today at the Suzuka Circuit, Japan, 17 year old J.Nguyen, driver of the #98 Mooncraft ED S2000, crashed in a freak accident. "I really dont understand what happened." he states. "I talked to my mechanincs and they told me that iw as pushing the car too hard and the engine blew. I do re-call that happening but what happened next was insane."
Sources say that the transmission locked up and the driveshaft was shattered which then spewed itself all over the track and then blew out the rear two tires. He states, "The rear wheels all of a sudden loss traction and the car flipped around and did a 180."
"What really happened was that his foot was on the brake but the rear had absolutly no traction so inertia made the rear of the car swing outward", says the chief mechanic Bobaganush. Once the car flipped around he safely skidded his way to the sand where he emerged un-scathed.
"I talked to my team about repairs but they said that there was no way we can get anything done by the end of the season. I am really disapointed about this loss as the S2000 was one of the most balanced cars I have ever driven." Nguyen states. "I do remember over-revving the engine to about 9500 RPMs before it blew so that might be the problem. I didn't want to shift because I was fast approaching a corner and was going to be slowing the car down anyway. On the bright side, I guess no one can say I dont push hard enough!"
Nothing was said about what car they will have next year and when the subject was brought up all they said was "The competition might check they're rear-view because they're gonna be surprised" and quickly changed the subject. As for the rest of the year, J.Nguyen stated that he will be driving the Fortune Kageishin FD3S full-time. He right now is the Leader of the ST3 class with the FD. At 17 years old he is putting up a very bright future for himself in racing.

I suspect the bottom has fallen out of this race series :indiff:

I hope not... ---- Randy

well i had to drop the S2000 so you wont be seeing me in the ST5 class....but im still alive in the ST3 class

When can we expect to see results.
That is assuming other people submitted
edit good to know your here. Lets go guys

I'm still here...i've still been active. I'm waiting for more times from those who havent submitted.

You have my time, but I sure hope other people send in their times:(.

already sent my times Sunday lol --- Randy aka R. Morgan

Okay, now there is enough to look respectful at least. No idea where m.piedgros disappeared to.

Hmm...I take that back. This is rather..disappointing. If anyone is actually going to race, i'll extend the deadline. So far things are looking kind of..yeah.

Here's the results, i'm still rather disappointed with the turnout. Also, there may be a different overall winner, but times are under review.

WHere am i? I submitted my times on monday......remember?

I got last:(.

I got last also.:sly: It makes me feel really good.

I sure do hate sazuka. We shoud be able to talk about some kind of times because it pushes you to go faster. I could have taken 20 seconds off of my race (that still would'nt have helped). I would not have ever submitted such a slow time if I knew it was slow. I guess I am the only one that feels this way though.

I think I could have taken about 10sec off but would not have helped:(.
But I did use my DFP so I guess I did'nt do too bad:).

Wow.. at least I'm having fun  :sly: :dopey: Randy 👍 :dopey:

Yo fellas... I'm back. Sad to see I couldn't defend the overall win at round two. Oh well, on to round three I suppose. Expect to see many-a-rule change in ST5. Though GN+ and I have to get caught up on series goins-on.
