Superfast American car?

Hello

Is there a fast American car out there?
Now i have a Race Modified Corvette Zr1 i think it is, but isnt there any faster like Forumla one?

I got 13 million cr. so money is not the issue atm.

(my bob is very good driver!)
 
The Spec II Test Car is fast, but not F1 fast. Pretty sure its quicker than the ZR1 RM tho.

Well, it would help if you designated whether you are after a road car or race car??

There's both in the game, also do you need it for a particular race or championship or for online racing or do you just want a fast american car..??

There's Vette and Viper racecars, plenty of Ford GT racecars, old school Chaparral race cars, Esperante race car..

Vette ZR1 x2 road cars, Viper x 3 or 4 or more road cars, lots of Ford GT road cars...

Also, there's plenty of muscle cars both road and eligible for race modification available...

Or there's a search facility in the top right hand corner of the home page that can lead you to existing threads on american cars and full car lists of the game..

But, the vette ZR1 race modified is one of the best so it'll be hard to find something faster, possibly the Esperante, or as mentioned above, Ford GT spec II

How about the Panoz Esperante GTR-1. Stock to stock it should be the fastest American car in the game, although I don't know how it stacks game-wise against the 2D or RM vette fully modded. I don't have it yet but I'm going to snag it as soon as it comes around in the ucd.

It has horrible handling, it was one of the worst cars in GT3/4, could be beaten by a Chevy Camaro

Somehow I doubt a camaro could beat ANY true race car. :rolleyes:

But after doing some searching, the Oreca Viper may be a better choice than the Panoz. I'll be getting both anyway.

It really was that bad, if you dont believe me its only 2 million credits ;D

I second the Oreca Viper as well, that thing is ****ing fast and looks really awesome too.
 
the Viper ACR was quicker around The Ring than the Corvette ZR1.
any Ford GT is quick (and the new GT is my favorite car of all time).

i don't know if the CTS-V made it into the game, but it's ridiculously fast in the real world for a 4-door sedan (or saloon, depending on where you're from).

the Ford Mustang Trans-Cammer is a brute (and surprisingly, a real monster on a rally track).

the NASCAR cars have power for days and if you can learn to control the rear end, will blister almost any track (i took my #20 Gamestop car and ran Laguna Seca with my rear tires red the whole time, and it's still the fastest lap i've run on that track. i've yet to take any of my Group C cars to Laguna Seca, but that's beside the point).

it's all relative though, really.
fast compared to what? you talking about overall, compared to every other car in the game or you going by class and/or type of racing?

also, i should note that short of a Formula 1 car, you're not going to find any car from any country as fast as a Formula One car. they are the highest tier.
