All drivers must run at the specified weights and horsepower settings provided by GTMSA for each round. Horsepower and/or weight settings are adjusted for competitive reasons each round based on finishing positions from previous rounds.

Well i just did a run at the GT500 and got taken off the track at turn 5 two consecutive laps by the same car:grumpy: Cost me 15 seconds:crazy:

Hope you're all enjoying the tight racing line as much as i am!

Andy

With Motegi being what I would call a momentum track, one mistake will cause lots of damage to your efforts to put in a fast time. I find myself to be more at ease racing the Garaiya because of it's drivetrain configuration(MR) and the way I can get it to go around the corners. The RX-8 LM can really take a toll on the tires and I could only go about 5.5 laps on RM's before the wear starts getting to it.

Well done to ABud to getting the GT500 win.

I couldnt really find my rythm around this track. The car was just too gutless.

I ran a 3 Stop race btw. I did Laps 1-7 on RM/RM, Laps 7-14 on RM/RM, Laps 14-21 on RM/RM, and Laps 21-25 on RS/RS. Not sure if it was the right strategy, but it gave the best time by about 4 seconds over a straight run on Mediums.
