That thing is hideous. Looks like a VERY bad mix of a Current Celica and the Mclaren SLR/SLK (with that F1 style nose thing in the center.)
I doubt toyota will bring out a v10, atleast in japan. All the japanese companies are getting rid of the inline 6's because they are to big, why would they bother with a v10? Not to mention, Toyota likes to put their engines in several cars, like most manufacturers, I doubt they would release this car with a v10 in it. But I have been wrong before.
This has a better chance of getting a v10 tho than the new gt-r getting the Anti-lag system from the factory in it's v6 TT.
