Dude....that is breaking and entering:odd: . Anyways...Darin that sucks monkey ass. Probably the lamest reason for suspension ive ever heard of. Like, me and a couple of my friends broke some cars windows, egged the interior, then rolled the car down the hill. Not really sure what heppend to the car though....havent seen it since...and its been like 5 months. All we got though was probation from the student parking lot, and we have to park our cars a block away. However...before you guys start thinking im an asshole...that guy had gotten his friends to spray paint our cars prior to the 'incident'. They spray painted the names of their schools on the side, not to mention them spraying the 18" vette rims i had on my z28....those bastards. Even now, with but a year left til i graduate....i wish i had set that car ablaze instead. Enjoy this time man...it may not be the 'best' time of your life, but its gonna be the only time when you'll be able to **** around and do things you may never get to do again. I'm living it up and enjoying it. You should too:D

Agreed. My high school was horrible. People bring knives and guns to school, and the proctors can't be found. One was staying away when a fight broke out, and one individual used a bat. But, when you talk with girls, or with friends in the parking lot, they start harassing you.

File a lawsuit. Get an attorney. Don't act like an ass when being interviewed by someone from the school district about this matter. be very polite, and helpful, but don't divulge too much info. If you don't have the money for an attorney, seek free legal aid. You don't want this on your school record. Fight it, very diligently.
 
I've had an inschool-suspension because of the stupidest thing ever. It was a fun snowy day couple of years ago, and I picked up some snow and slapped it against one of my friends. The stupid teacher said to me and my friend goto the office, then the principal gives me a week of inschool-suspension!

If it does, the kid was already wacked. Crappy people will do crappy things to you all throughout life. We can't go postal every time we get pissed off.

The kid is already wacked remember! Not everyone will have the the last straw, but the wacked kid might. Majority of others will have water off their backs.

I highly doubt that Darin is going to go in there blazing guns first off. . . Secondly, what would bring forth this last straw? Is it the lack of attention? the lack of self confidence? I mean being a teenager in this world is tough. You are getting to taste a few of reality's crappy ordeals. I would have more fear in the quiet kid then the "wacked" kid to tell the truth. No one gives this person the oppurtunity to let out emotions and it is driving that person into a personal downward spiral where a "snap" might occur. The reason I bring this up was in high school I was the quiet person. I was the one that let my emotions build up and I did do a few things that were not right. I might have been the one that snapped and did something crazy and stupid, but I don't think I had the balls to do it.
 
At my school we have "that guy with the hat". He's a short, plump guy, with lots of oil in his slicked back hair, and dresses overly formal, and always has a wide-brim hat on. He's such a jerk though... everyday, he stands next to his golf cart in the shade on the other side of the street next to the school, and catches kids for anything they do wrong in his eyes and writes them up for it. For example, several kids were playing soccer out on the grass, but one kicked the ball past another and it rolled several feet into the street. One of them went to go get it, and like any sensible person, made sure that there was no traffic before retrieving it. But, the guy with the hat jumped in his golf cart, drove over to the kid, gave him a long lecture about safety, then took his ID card and logged it in some school log. Good friekin' gawd, what was the kid supposed to do – Wait all afternoon until the Santa Ana winds kick in so that the stupid thing rolls back to the curb?
 
That happened to my my older sister once. My parents called up a lawyer, filed 3 complaints, and yelled at the school. They went to their friends, told them to withdraw them, which they did, found a new and better school. Eventually, the State looked at the school, saw the massive amount of nonsense, poor grades, bad teachers, and the school went bye-bye!!

See, this is the kind of idiot that every administrator in my school was...gets off on exercising his/her tiny bit of authority on kids for no good reason. Kids should stand up to this kind of idiot...you pay their salaires with your/your parents taxes, make them remeber that. You still have all you constitutional rights when you walk into a public school...administrators really CAN'T have you do unreasonable stuff like that. What could he have done if the kid refused to show his ID, politely asking for a reason? Not a damn thing, thats what.
 
That sucked, i would of complained and raised hell. reminds me of a time where the vice pinciple asked a student to go to his office, from the bathroom while the kid was taking a piss. he went as far as to grab the guys sholder. the VP got knocked out. funny stuff.

It's only the memories of all the stupid yet fun things you all did together that make it worth remembering.

I'll also add that I've been in a few fights in high school and yet they STILL didn't suspend me...but then again, i had proof that I was provoked into taking violent action :p.

now, back in topic, Darin, you should do a damned scandal. school "authorities" can't be allowed to do that. this instantly evokes my brother's principal (he is in HS too), an incredibly fat woman who is the eppitome of imprudency. But things get done that way because she wants. and well, nobdy can't touch her (even when parents and students talk crap about her all the time) because she is the school owner's cousin or something like that. I love it when she makes the students to take off their coats/jackets when its 5°C, because "they aren't part of the uniform". just lovely.

I got suspended for knocking a guy out. He was with one of his mates and they threw a banana peel at me so I came them the finger and told them to **** off. Natrually being the "hardazz mofos" they were that was an invitaqtion to start shoving me around at which point I looked toward the biggest one and punched him as hard as I could in the cheek. When he fell over unconciois they decided they'd let it go. School principal said my use of force was unecessary... I guess i coulda just pushed him outta my way but that wouldnt have been as much fun.

my friend got suspended for putting his hand down his oants and sticking his finger through his fly.....and going up to a teacher. it was labelled as "sexual Harrasment"
