Suspension question

This is a Honda question. I wanted to kno which is better for the launch in a 1/4 drag. Is it better to have the front dampers extension/compression and anti roll bars hard in the front and soft in the back or is it the other way around?pls help
 
Dampers will only make a difference of .001s on some cars, and roll bars are pretty useless.
 
And why do you put max dampers on the Rear? Isn't it usually on the front?

Yeah if GT5 made sense :)

i actually just took that from my eclipse tune and on that car the dampers made no difference at all (as with most cars)

and yes the toe worked on that car
 
Yeah, I set my dampers according to how heavy the car is but to be honest have not seen any difference in times. Sometimes I go 7/7 10/1 1/10 6/8 5/10 it's just experimenting but really no difference.
