Suzuka 1000km rain

I'm currently doing the Suzuka 1000km race and it's been raining for a while. The wet track percentage thing is still at 0 percent though- any reason why?

That happens to me too,Dream Car Championship B-Spec, 0% ,So Bob took off on Racing Hard,When the black screen finished it turned out to be raining and all cars was using Racing Hard and all cars pitted together,it was hilarious

Ok it got to 1% lol

I meant in the race not the pre race screen.
