Oh, man that will take a while, and you cant seem to understand my garble, but here goes because it is rude to tease people, listen very carefully, I will be very angry if I have to post this again

Ok, make sure you do it in this order. especially the transmission settings.
1) Get GT-One Race Car
2)Do Oil change
3)Buy super soft tires
4)Buy stage 4 turbo
5)go into max speed test and enter settings
6)set ride height to lowest
7)set spring rate to 1 front and back
8)set camber to 0
9)set toe to 0
10)set stabilizer's to lowest value
11)put all limited slip differential settings to 5
12)set the auto tranny as wide as it goes
13)put the final gear ratio as low as it goes (2.00)
14)put front down force to the lowest
15)put rear downforce to the highest
16)set ASM and TCS to 0
17)enter the max speed test
18)immediately turn around
19) go as fast as you possibly can and make sure not to rub up against the wall as much as you can help it, even though it is pretty much impossible not to.
20) it should say that you went 999.9 mph
21) you will have to escape and check the records to see how fast you actually went.

There you have it, good luck and happy testing.

does it matter if i have the road car?

You have to turn around, because in Max Speed test it will end the session about 3/4 the way down the back straight if you go forward. So yes turn around so you can have as many runs as you need to, to break 1,500mph orn whatever.

No, the GT-One Road Car will not do, the reason is A) I think it can only be modded to 1,100hp and B) It doesnt have enough downforce on the back.

Just get a hold of a GT-One Race if you really want to do it.
