I'll tell you how things work: Premium cars have fully detailed interiors. Open top Standards have kinda detailed Interiors, some better (Prowler), some worse (Type C). Standards with closed roofs have blacked-out A-pillars, i.e. no interior. The GSX-R/4 is an open top standard.

I know I'm quoting from a post 2 years ago, but in GT6 if you can't select the 'view gallery' tab whilst at the dealership, the car is not premium

Well, from my perspective, although that the Suzuki GSX-R/4 has an detailed interior, it is still an standard car.
