Swaping Parts??

I’ve searched here and tried everything I can in the game, and it seems that you can’t swap equipment or mods between cars. Can you guys confirm this? If so I think this would be a good suggestion for GT4 (I know, different forum).
Though GT3 is cooler and more complex in many ways, this is where NFS IV PU has a distinct advantage. You have a parts inventory that can be uninstalled on one car and installed to another of like design. If nothing else, the value of the car should go up with mods if you in fact have to sell it with all the mods on it.
What do you think?
 
that would be cool but i know that u cant and about the price of the car going up i wish it did because i put over 2,000$ in my alto works and only sold for like 3,000$ i was po'ed.
 
Ive got cars Ive got well over $100,000 into that are worth like 10k

Though the cash is not as big of a problem once you get into the game a little farther.
 
Yeah... but what would be cool is actually like the system of NFS..... that would really be sweet to actually swap our engines in and out.... hehe 😈
 
I solve this problemb by doing the speedway endurance race 3 or 4 times then go shopping and I dont care how much it sells for. Once you get further into the game you'll use more racing cars than stock build-.ups
