Is it a little animated movie? Wouldn't happen to be of a cartoon-ish Skyline running from the cops, would it? That site just reminds me of the one where that video was.

I can't believe I remembered that just from looking at that website one time.

It is a kickass little animation. Pretty funny too. The guy who made it definitely has skills.
