Her right arm is behind her back. And if that's her left arm, it's twisted 180 degrees because I'm pretty sure I see an elbow pointed out direction.

I think that picture is a fake of some sort. The guy with the yellow t-shirt in the back has his arms in a dodgy position. I think the Freak is pasted in.

Ok. . . I was doing a search for images off Google.com and low and behold I ran into this picture. . . I went ahead and saved it and yes her left arm is twisted 180 degrees pulling foward by the guy on the right. . . The freak in the middle I still have no clue who that is. . . But then again, it almost remind me of Elephant boy. Possible a guy that had major burns or photoshopped . . .
