It's a Peugeot 106. The bodywork screams "XSi" at me, but the wheels look out of place. Possibly a bog-standard 1.4, if it isn't an XSi. Certainly not a 1.1 or a GTi/Rallye.
What else did it/they hit?
The bike didn't do that much damage on it's own. (Unless it was going somewhere in the neighborhood of Mach 3.)
In fact, it looks like the car was hit by the bike after it got smashed in a multi-car pile up.
Also, did anyone live thru that?
Wrecks like that make me glad that I'm not an emergency room nurse.
2nd- If the biker didn't actually hit the car, he would only die if he hit something else, or landed badly. If he landed reasonably, he would break his ribs, arms, legs or all of them.
3rd- If the car was right-hand drive, the driver is dead.

I have to agree with Gil on this. I think it's a staged photo. They probably found a bashed car and a banged up motorcycle and made a funny picture. If it's not Photoshopped.
