T300 Alcantara, squeaky sound

Lately I have noticed some squeaky, crackling noise from the plastic, where the buttons are attached, when i use the wheel. I wonder if anyone else have experienced this. This is really starting to annoy me.

Have you checked whether any of the screws holding the plastic back section on to the metal rim are loose?

Yes, it got a little better but not good.
