T300 GTE problem

Hi there, I can't get the above to centre properly, have to turn wheel slightly to right to go straight! I have tried the auto calibration, turn right, left, centre it then press mode, start buttons but the light doesn't change or anything happen. Tried within AC via the wizard etc but to no avail? Have downloaded all recent updates etc. Any suggestions?

If the T300 works the same as the T500, this is what you need to do: (from this thread)

* PROCEDURE TO PERFECTLY CENTER THE WHEEL
1) Once the wheel is connected (and after the wheel has calibrated itself), turn the wheel completely to the left and then completely to the right.
2) Next, move the wheel to its perfectly centered position.
3) Simultaneously press and then release the “START + SELECT + MODE” buttons.
4) The wheel’s new central value is automatically and permanently saved in the wheel’s internal Flash memory
(note: do not repeat this procedure each time you reconnect the wheel).
IMPORTANT: Be sure not to not use this procedure too often, since there are a limited number of times that changes can be written to the wheel’s internal Flash memory.
= This procedure must be used only to modify the factory setting of the wheel’s central value.

Thanks for your reply, I thought the start/select button was the silver toggle switch? So you can't press both the same time? It's as clear as mud in the manual!

It says on guide while wheel is perfectly centred, to do the following SCROLL + RIGHT LEVER + MODE and then the racing wheel's LED briefly changes colour, then reverts to its initial colour to confirm it has updated its centre value. I don't know what SCROLL + RIGHT LEVER might mean, could be just moving it to right for start button and holding it there as well as the right paddle and also the mode button. Trial and error might help you get there or ask Thrustmaster what they mean by it if it doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried all combinations! The toggle switch is start/select from what I can gather, so impossible to hold both down. I have sent them an email, really annoying to have it off centre! Other than than that, have been impressed with it!

Problem solved, Scroll, Right Paddle and Mode button did it!
