T300RS GT (Urgent Support Needed!)

Finally got my hands on the latest T300RS GT Edition. Never owned one of theses rims before as I had a T150.

Currently putting it together and the Screw that fastens the Wheel Rim together has Threaded... I literally have no idea what to do as I currently can't remove the rim from the base now & I can't just accept it and leave it there in case I need take it off the base as I was planning on changing rims regularly.

Has this happened to anyone else? I bought it brand new from amazon.co.uk so should I just arrange for them to pick it up for a refund? Any advice hugely appreciated!

I've got a bunch of rims myself and reading the GTP and other forums I've never seen anyone complaining of this before. Normally the screw is just there for a little extra clamping of the wheel rim "quick release" screw thread and only needs to be gently tightened, so absolutely no danger of stripping anything.

Sounds like you should indeed request support on this.
