hi, is it possible to know the values of the potentiometers you used? Also, following the wiring diagram, shouldn't the green and brown wire have been put together with the white gnd?

IIRC Thrustmaster uses 10k linear pots. But because they are connected to work as variable voltage dividers the exact values don't matter much, so if you only have, say, 22k pots available they should also work.
