Taco Stand @ Ring?

So I've noticed that in the next update wishlist polls they there is always a "Taco Stand @ Ring" option. Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I have no idea what that means. Is it some kind of inside joke or what?

It's just a joke because PD have made the most realistic Nurburgring out of any game developer and in an interview last year Kazonuri admitted that they couldn't replicate the smell from the barbecues in the 24 hour race.
