Honda: Join us tomorrow for Twitter Q&A with legendary Gran Turismo creator Kaz Yamauchi Thurs @ Noon from @Honda -- tag ?'s with #Honda #E3
All you have to do is send in your questions tomorrow from twitter and add the tags #Honda and #E3 and they will be answered LIVE by the man himself! :dopey:

I've sent in a couple already regarding Dynamic weather and Premium damage but will be asking again tomorrow. 👍

Sorry I don't have Twitter but someone has to ask specifically "do the standard cars have a Cockpit view eg, dashboard with hands and steering wheel"?

I asked about the cockpit/interior thing, who knows if they'll ask it though.

If you click on the tags you can see what has been asked, if we keep the questions specific then we'll know they'll be answered. So far, weather, cockpit view, damage and livery editor has been mentioned. Oh, and skid marks. :ouch:

lol I was Mokona99. I sent in a few questions regarding the cockpit/interior issue, weather (dynamic or not) and a livery editor.

So simple:
-will ALL the cars have a cockpit camera with a wheel, dashboard and hands visible during gameplay?
-what's a location? What's a layout?
-what about weather, or wet tracks?

Just be specific guys tomorrow on your question since Honda wants this to be live. They might ask a few of the questions already sent in tomorrow though.

Another question is about damage? More specifically, is what's been shown in the E3 trailer and the gameplay videos the extent of the damage?

I thought that Nascar cars would be smashed to little bits the size of a bolt.

It is important to remember to be professional and not just overwhelm the interview. Maybe one person should represent the entire site with a list of questions???

Can someone PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE ask to have the chase cam view not locked onto the car like gt3!?!?!?

the camera views in gt3 were awesome!!!! but then gt4 locked it onto the car and it sucks!

It needs a bit of movement like forza motorsport and gran turismo 3

if we dont have cockpit views on most of the cars this is more important than ever!!!!!

the locked camera is going to ruin this game for me all my mates that play gt!!!

and i hated gt4 because of it!

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!!!!!!!??????

there are lots of questions about cockpits so far, as well as about customisation, damage and weather.

btw, how many hours is it until noon?

Please, don't spend questions chances by asking about some minor things.

Ask about how many cars will be available to drive with cockpit view.

Just that.

its already been asked several times - surely they will realise its an important topic, for example:

"Kazunori there has been confusion over standard and premium cars. Please elaborate. Will all 950+ cars have cockpit view?"
"do standard cars have interior modeling , like seats and steering wheels, or is this only premium cars. thank you"
"Kaz can you confirm that every single car in the game will have full COCKPIT VIEW. as in the Drivers perspective in-car"

Please ask..
1) Tracks Editor ?
2) Dynamic weather and Dynimic weather (some time rain, and suddenly stop for 1h etc...Variation durring race time) + Day/nigth same time ?
3) All cockpit for all cars ?
4) Link PS3 via cable (2 players 2 PS3 2 TV) in same race vs IA.

thk a lot.

I hope that was sarcasm

How about...

Where do you see the Gran Turismo going in the end? What is your final vision for the ultimate GT game?

I dont have a twitter and i have a job interview at 11:00am so could someone ask these questions

1: is their a save option during the 24 hour races when you take a pit stops(so i dont have to leave the PS3 on in a b-spec type mode and or drive the hole race in sessions like real race car drivers do)

2: are you or can you release the E3 show demo on the psn network to play while we wait for the full game

If i think of any other questions ill add them, thanks if you could ask for me

Imo the biggest questions are:

1. Could you please clarify premium cars vs standard cars? Do standard cars have cockpit views (as in the dash and wheel of the car)?

2. How many cars on track will there be in the final game?

Anything else is really minor.

Please don't waste your time with track editor questions. He will not reveal anything about that at the moment. What needs to be asked about is the current cockpit issue.

I agree. I can wait for him to confirm or deny that at gamescon. Right now we NEED to focus on this premium vs standard crap.

Will the game have some form of Track Editor, and do you have any details to disclose?

Will the game have some form of Livery Editor? If so, details please.

The E3 2010 trailer showed Sebastien Vettel, Adrian Newey and what appeared to be an F1 car Monocoque in the Red Bull Autoclave. What is the connection with Red Bull racing, and is this an indication that we will see more Formula One cars in the game?

Will GT5 have tracks from previous games, such as Grand Valley Speedway, Deep Forest and Trial Mountain? These tracks have been in GT since the beginning and it would be a big let down if none of them were included in GT5.

Can you confirm that there will only be 20 tracks, with 70 variations? Everytime the question of tracks comes up, the answer seems to be distorted and/or lost in translation, so it is not clear to us how many tracks there are.

Do not mention Skidmarks, they are not Important. That is a complete waste of interview time.

And of course, the cockpit issue needs clarifying. But to be honest, I think they could throw together a quick low detail cockpit view for the standard cars, like the sort Forza have for their more ordinary models (Cars like the Veyron in FM3 seem to be more detailed than say, a Mini Cooper). I am around 99% sure cockpit view will be available for all cars.
