Never used second gear.
 
Just had a short session with both my "S" & "O" Rides. Solidified my hold on FOURTH :indiff: in "S" Class but just a Minor improvement moved me up TWO Spots in "O". I wish I could share with you just how close the first three places in "O" Class are ATM!!! :eek::eek::eek: Better list some more times for Small_Fryz' Leaderboard:

"S" Class = 15.985 / 38.169
"O" Class = 13.298 / 33.376

...O.G. :D
 
O-Class: 13.825 - 34.679

Hmm, it must be a side effect of living in always sunny DK. :dopey:
 
Oh boy! This is really getting me :nervous: nervous! I'm pitting this 'O' puppy right now....a big bowl of 'puppy chow' and a cool bath should make her ready to do what she's got to do tomorrow. Sometimes you just can't get anymore out of a dog by whipping it. :indiff:

My minimal skills are totally depleted....maybe a rest will do me good also.

Luckily CFM is only contesting "S" Class but I agree we shouldn't wake ANY of 'em! 👍 I don't get to Lead very often!!!...O.G. :D
 
'R' is for rrrrrrr :irked:

I'm making progress, but I can't put it all together. I've got a new clean lap:

T2: 34.4 (I've seen 34.2)

But pretty much blew the last corner. I'd guess there's another 0.500-0.750 left (a little bit before T2 and a whole bunch in the last corner). I've got my gearing set at 270km/h, with TCS off. It's all about getting just the right drift angle so the front doesn't understeer and the back doesn't go around. I'm using 2nd on a number of corners :p

Raced a phew hours while waiting to post the WRS stuff this week, phinally pulled a respectable lap out from a dark smelly crevice...:sick:

S-Class: 15.675 / 37.670

At least now I have a time that's competitive phor a podium I hope, it wasn't looking too good a phew days ago. I don't think I can do much better as it was a matter of brute phorce repitition and luck moreso than skill this time. The last two weeks it was all skill, baby.:D :lol:

Here's looking phorward to some phun next time phor the phinal race of the series.👍

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!​

It seems I should have run a few more "Test Laps" thru the Chicane & explored a "Different" line. It's been brought to my attention (& proven with screen shots) that an otherwise "Legal" Run CAN be made even though contact will be made with one or two cones. Therfore please drop the line "Do NOT Hit any of the Cones at the Chicane!!!" from your Rules Note.

I'm always reluctant to make a Rules change this late in the week BUT this time it's obviuosly warranted...O.G. :D


BTW: The last few posts are Hilarious:cheers:...I only wish phattboy were here to appreciate them! :lol:
 
The T sector page needs to be updated. The time that for me was originaly posted wrong. It is now right. These are the times so you don't have to dig for them.

Wow BOB your O sectors are very sweet 👍.

Had a go with DFP with and without TCS and i was up $hit creek (barely hitting 33.xxx T2's). So I switched to DS2 so i could handle the drifts better and Turned off TCS. Set a nice lap, not sure how much to improve, maybe .1 in last sector and .1 or so in middle?. Im pretty happy with my time though, Gonna eat some lunch then chase Luke down :sly:

Sorry I haven't posted any times this week but work has been a bugger and I've done nothing but work, eat, and sleep. I'll hopefully get some times in before the end.

EDIT:

I found some time to run my two cars but I don't know if I'll get anymore. I'll definitely be putting in some quality time on the last round.

S: 16.061 / 38.790

R: 14.230 / 35.537
 
Although I haven't posted in a bit, I don't have a PHaster time to submit yet albeit not from lack of trying. I have tried different gear settings and TCS on/off. I even tried cadence braking (manual version of ABS) with my thumb but that didn't work either. :D
Hopefully by tommorrow, the sun will start to dry up the track as it's been raining for almost a week solid. :D.

I'll update the leaderboard now and just before the deadline 👍.

This round was the least phun for me, it caused the most swearing and hitting things. :lol:
