bleurabbit7
He's not very Big.
He's Bleu.
And he's Back.

I'm back for the final stage of this excitingly PHun series.
Excellent!! My target-time setter is back.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

PLEASE use the "Save" Icon, third from the left to record your best Laps! (On MY TV it has a Pinkish/Red Arrow heading INTO it!) It's the one immediatly to the right of the Video Camera Icon. This will record your run "TO" the line as well & preclude anyone being accused of having had a "Rolling Start." Many THANX...O.G :D

I've decided I absolutely hate my 'S' car. I can't find a fast line around here to save my life.

T1 S: 43.998

On the other hand, my 'R' car is brilliant around these tight corners. I can't believe the fun I'm having with this thing.

T1 R: 39.426

I'm still taking 0.5 second chunks off both cars' times. I'll run some more laps when work eases up in a few days.

*NOTE - to line my car up at the start of a lap I'm creeping forward in bumper-cam mode and stopping as soon as the start/finish chequered area has just disappeared off the bottom of the screen.

Sounds like you're cutting it awfully close! Make sure the "Clock" isn't starting before YOU start! I drive "Bumber Cam" as well & I can still see about 1/4 of the final square when I'm stopped!

After four stages I've finally learned something...to get on the top of either Leaderboard...no matter for how short a period of time...you must submit EARLY!!! After 1/2 hour in each ride:

"S" Class = 42.806
"R" Class = 38.428

& YES! I realize I chose yet ANOTHER Venue with only ONE T-Time, but NOT untill just now! :irked: ...O.G. :D

On my first lap out I tested it to see how close I could get. If I roll back enough to see just the edge of the start line I can get about 1/2 a car length faster to turn 1 than my posted times.

KOOL! 👍 Sounds like maybe I need to get a little closer! :irked: I tried to line up using the "Roof-Cam" as well but kept setting off the clock before I was ready! :grumpy: ...O.G. :D

Wow. This is phun, phun, phun 👍 👍 👍 Fantastic choice of track, Bob. My 'S' car feels like a rocket around here. Haven't tried 'R' yet ...

'S'
T1: 41.8

I took it easy on the second to last corner, I'd already thrown away a number of run there. If you time the turn in *perfectly*, you can make that second to last corner without braking, and minimal sliding ... but it's a crap shoot.

Anyway, now I'll just sit back and wait for Todd to come and clobber 'S' class :D

EDIT:

I'm also pulling up so the checkers are entirely out of view in bumper cam mode 👍 It not to difficult to do without setting off the clock.

Me too! THANX to "sombody's" post! 👍 Works quite well.! Now if I could just best my "O" Class time ! :irked: Took off a "Ton" in 15 minutes and am currently 0.001 Seconds "Over" a certain second barrier! Have been as much as 0.3xx ahead at the T marker but blow it in the final sector! :banghead: Oh well, maybe next session :indiff: ...O.G. :D

Ran for a little bit in 'R' ... getting a good lap was much easier having already learned where I was going in 'S'. I thought 'R' would be tougher, but the car is actually easeir to drive, and easier to keep the backend in line

'R'
T1: 37.630

Lost 0.100-0.200 at the last of the 90-degree turns after T1 (the sharp one), but other than that I'm pretty happy so far :)

Ran another 5 laps of each.

S: 42.871

R: 38.420

About another second to come off each.

Thanks for choosing this track.
It was high time to know this one better.
Considering the fact that I had to delete 4 of my fastest replays due to wall touches while I swear that they were all clean.

Phock,I had planned all three cars today and ended only with a S time

T-44.285

This race format is great, 👍

Kent is BACK!!!

I just chatted with him & everyone is just Fine! 👍 He'll be posting the entire story later in the Thread Jordan started for him.

WELCOME back Bud! ...O.G. :D

After a good showing at this weeks WRS, I think it's time to take that bad a$$ O-Class ride out of the pits and give it a good thrashing!:D

Will have a time tomorrow to post, if I manage a clean run.

Laters 👍

P.S. Glad to see Kent is alive and well.

Great to have you back, Kent. :)

Found some time to race the R-Class. Never raced here before and it shows. :D

39.005

Also hope to get an O-class time in before deadline. :scared:

Welcome back Kent! :D

I took my Class S car out for a spin

T1 42.985

Edit: Class R added

T1 39.279

This is by far the best suited track for the O-Brigade in my opinion. It just feels right. :D

T1: 0'36.945 (Seen a second faster)

Looking forward to tonight, where I can get a few more runs in. 👍

Brings out old phaithful (O ride) and dusts off the R ride for one last time.

Edit back with my ephorts, Probably 1 of 2 sessions at this combo. May run again tommorow.

Here i come Luke!

Edit R class
37.614 (Seen 37.4xx)

Plus possible .3 or so left in T2, but i doubt i can get it all AND not hit a wall :indiff: :nervous:

So thats a possible .5 left, i have a time .2 faster but it was dirty :(.

Edit2

BOB HAS LOST HIS MARBLES!!
O class is Absolutely INSANE!!!
My 1st clean run and im very happy with it!, i dont phink i can do another run on the limit and stay off the walls!, Some sections i barely have enough room to phit, let alone going outside, apex, outside!!.

Never the less here is my 'T' Time.

34.903

Both times PM'ed to you Bob :D

Very sneaky bob ... I see you at the top of the 'S' leaderboard ;) Nice work 👍

What's all this then??? i'll see if I can put a stop to this if possible! Maybe not, as I have not had one bit of spare time to devote to this yet.:indiff: I'll turn in some piece of crap run if I have too however.

I haven't run on any of these at all with BC and licence battles and WRS along with other things distracting me also :indiff:

I will try and run a couple tonight for the final round ... if I dont get some time in then my congrats to you all for some great racing over the past 5 weeks :)

Cheers Bob for some sweet combo's 👍
