hrm.. i have a question about sd's post.. you said his spring rates increased tendency to understeer? but then his settings are biased to the rear, meaning more weight will be transferred to the front wheels, thereby increasing front wheel grip and decreasing rear wheel grip. Isn't that ideal for oversteering and drifting? because i'm just kinda confused... oh.. his front was 14 or so and rear was 16 i think...

Sd has his own style of drifting, therefore...you would have to be him to understand his settings...i'm not saying i'm rite, i'm saying that his settings most likely corespond to his style of drifting

btw wopndering if you have another seeting for a 4wd car, do you have settings for an audi a4?? love the setup and the video , you really need to practice with this r32 and get to know the car well to drift proply still cant link them good thought lol.

ok I understood that is me who need practice the R32. I don't have setup for the a4 but I can try to make it but it will be for my style of drifting

great im getting good at handling the r32 but i cant take sharper turns with it so i cant use it on my favourite track cote d' azure, but i love it on the complex string its awesome at the long loops, you know the ones im talking about.

yes I drift a lot in this loops in the video "Do You Like Angle" like when my R32 doubled the vince R33 in drifting.

anyway for me my R32 can drift every turns

mike_le_chat_no: i loved the angles, i cant wait untill i buy the steering wheel.hope you had better luck wit hthe s4 setting, when i do it it dont drift that well damn quatro. i also cant wait for the r34 and maybe even r33 setings.

nightkids4ever: i love cote but the turns are not long enough so i use my mazda rx-7 type rz with that you actually have to try hard to flick it around corners.

i was also wondering if anyone has notices, after using the r32 with mike_le_chat_no's setting your drifting has improved. mine has improved a great deal. thanks again mike

i agree, i love it to, but not so much when i am in the r32 with mike_le_chat_noirs's settings, i have to start drifting a good distance away from the turn just to get through it without hitting the wall.

yeah.....i converted mike_le_chat_noirs's settings to fit my style of drifting....really helped now that i can gain more distance and keep a good angle...

Uh, man. You guys drift really well. But I'm just trying to figure how you have any throttle control with an Accel LSD setting of 5 with 485hp on Sims?

yes exactly, I use this setup and I have made differents best lap with it I put the LSD setting at 5 because when I had put more LSD the tires was spining to much

With 485hp on Sims I'm not surprised. To be honest bud, I'm not sure why you're using so much HP on sims. Could you link me to a vid with a setup similar to this. I'm just really curious as to how it would look.

It's just his style... It allows him to get to speed faster... For me, it is definetely overkill... I would definitely recomend lower power on sims, with a higher LSD setting (better response), but to each his own...

I Agree, I'd just like to see it in action. That's all. It's almost like a foreign language to me the way his car is setup
