It's rare to hear anyone's voice in that game. Anyone play Team Fortress II in Orange Box and have a mic? It's kind of... empty when you can't coordinate the game accordingly..

Weirdly enough, i bought this game back in 2007 with the orange box and never played it.

I played all the other additions (Half Life 2, Episode 1 &2, Portal) but never TF2 itself until i saw "meet the medic".


This game's so fun... :drool:
 
Played it for the first time today. It crashed after a 20min game with 20seconds to go. I was probably the best at it though.
 
Yeah, that's the only annoying quirk I have with the game.

It's ALWAYS when i'm about to kill someone or when i'm hiding from sudden death (as a spy) when the game crashes..which makes me wonder....

I only played this game a little when I bought the orange box long ago and after hearing about the update I tried it out today. This game is a blast to play and now hearing it is free to play I strongly encourage anybody who hadn't yet to try this out.

I have been playing it a little. Fun game to be sure, I play around once every 2 weeks. Not much of an FPS kind of guy but even I have to admit this one's a gem. Looking forward to meeting the pyro!
 
Ah, so there is a thread on this game! I love TF2 and have been addicted to it the past couple of weeks. I d think it is much worth the time, though. 👍 I have gotten quite a few good items and have leveled my skill quite more than it used to be.

Also, for those of you who are not aware, click this. Today, new items coming were revealed as part of Day 2, along with a new game mode revealed on Day 1. Really looking forward to Meet the Pyro, it is about time we get more.. clarification.
 
I got my hands on the rainblower.

It's the greatest piece of weapon to grace tf2 ever :lol:
 
I've got the Rainblower too, funky thing, though I don't play Pyro much. :p

Has anyone got any Festive Weapons of Hats they don't want? I'm struggling somewhat.
 
Spent 2 hours trying to figure out what's going on, and I know now.

after my exams I'll probably return to playing TF2. Got no games to play as of now, lol
 
It's amazing and quite creepy how Valve have interpreted these clues over the years. And those robotic heads... they creep me the 🤬 out!

Perhaps The Saxton Hale game mode becomes a official Valve-Backed mode and is more than just arena?

Oh man I can't wait for this. Tf2 co-op, it's gonna be loads of fun :D. But then, what happens after?
