I can go to the Drifting Teams & Meets Sub-Forum and find several teams that are "Laid back and chilled" that are also more professional and properly organised.
Give us reasons to join your team, tell us about you - your team, your goals and your drive and you need to let people know what hours you're typically active.
Put more effort into your team or simply put nobody will give it a serious glance - or at the very least you wont get any serious punters.
