I'd prefer to just run whatever paints we got and like to rock. Your boy got too much style to be immitated or not stand out from the rest. Keeps it original
 
Enough memebers to seperate possibly teams (ex: team option 1 & 2) and i think to create some more specific roles (ex: recruiter) and so forth
 
Or maybe change/add roles to the roles like co-leaders are in charge of recurring but leaders have final say stuff like that
 
Yeah i agree. You know we all have our specific roles in the team (ex: Andrew=Route x, Myself=Indy, and YO= Viper guru) but somehow to layout as well how we manage and mentor the up and coming younger draggers who still are getting experience and fine tuning. I really think we need to set up a friendly comp sooner than later to test where or team is at in comparison to others whether or strongest draggers and fine tuned. Or letting the young guns take a swing as a learning experience
 
It's so hard with a phone but I say we hold another tryout tomorrow for the gigs to see if anyone interesting pops by

We will be having a FRIENDLY Comp on Saturday to see where the young guns are at. Co-Leaders and Leaders don't have to participate, but you can if you want to. The comp will be at 7:00 EST.

I agree 100%. Let's try to get a couple more good draggers with a decent tree and fill the roster and then the inner team comps can commence and we will see who stays on top of their game or falls off. Another note, i agree with YO on nobody's slot on the team is secure and must be earned. That way, as a team, we can only get stronger and more complete to the point where hopefully no matter who we compete against we can basically put any of our draggers in their with 100% confidence in them. That way we have more options when it comes to comps on who can run in case someone wants to sit one out or can't make it for a variety of reasons

The only spots that are safe are the Leaders and the Co-Leaders. We shall hold try outs for most of the day tomorrow!!!

I agree, but even as a Co-Leader if someone earns the spot and can out run me in the majority of cars i would feel that it would be only right that they be promoted and myself or YO demoted. I feel like the only people who are safe and secure in their slots are the founders which are you and Andrew.

The roles aren't there as the "fastest", they are there because that's who me and Andrew think that they can run the team when we aren't there. The roles have nothing to do with speed!!

I wouldn't care if your GTR Black Edition ran 9.1s, as long as you are a good leader, I will promote you. But you wouldn't get into the team if your B.E. ran 9.1s. Lets talk tomorrow.
