The problem is that it comes back in every thread. You (the team) has written it like hundred times. Stop saying it, get over it. It's just annoying how you stick to it and show us that you had the best team this year. Life continues mate! :ouch:

Not that I'd wait 2 years to give myself an identity but ... well if you want to judge me on the 4 posts i've wrote for this bc, then it's your choice. :)

I was just angry for the exactly same reasons that Mistral said, in every thread we can see someone saying that GTirn won it, and that we (gtweb) didn't deserve it, it wasn't really needed... :rolleyes:

Actually GTirn did an error and lost the BC, sorry for you guys, but it's the game.
Isn't BC based on 10 races and not only 4 or 5 ?

i want to congratulate my team mates who did the best job of any team i've ever been on(aside from two-mans with ron ;) ) not because everybody was so god damned fast, but because everybody supported and helped one another and came back after their races to help cheer other drivers on, etc. very tight team concept with my GTIRN mates and it was a genuine pleasure and privilege 👍

@luigi & rico, there's no need to go on with mistral or anybody else mate. trust me, you do not have to remind anybody of how strong we were or where our rightful place in the order was ;) so we lost by a coat of paint. that's just a technicality man, it doesn't take away from our performance in reality.

you do have to admit though tannis, that's no further from the truth than the stories web was trying to spread that we were just best because we were some all star mercinary squad. nobody walks away with clean hands on this one mate :)
 
Yep Just like to add my thanks for an enjoyable competition. Deffinately the longest one in my memory. Thanks to GT Planet for taking the bold step of hosting it 👍.
Congratulations to all the other teams who ran magnificently, helped shape it as the months unfolded, submitted combos from thier boyz, helped review the other runs.. and nice to see the usual "Food Fights" between the great old rivals never got too ugly ;)

But I think without doubt the buggest congrats deservedly lay at the feet of Duke. Who in early June went for it.. advertised it around all the boards.. layed down a good basis.. oversaw any refinments as we all chipped in, and generaly kept the momentum going forward through thick and thin. Thanks Duke from ALL the teams for the massive amount of work you have put into this.

How the hell you kept 14 teams pointing in the same direction for 4 months is beyond me. You're deffinately the Gene Krantz of the GT world in my book mate 👍

Well done to everybody, i have never been involved in a BC before, and doubt i will be again, but the memory will stay with me for a long time.

I wouldnt have any kind of opportunity to experience this without the other drivers, so thanx to all the teams, and especially GTplanet for hosting some serious fun.

My thanx go to all my team members as well, but extra special thanx go to Toffe, who pushed me to the end, Todd for putting up with my acronyms, and Dion for being Dion, on a daily basis.

Congrats to my team, you guys have done a great job, i know you push hard and gave 100%. We are the No.1 at 7th place no doubt. :sly:

frist of all, "again" congrats to the guys from GT.web. To defend the title and keep the old crew together is really a point who deserve big respect. Also to deal with some newbies who wants to piss you off ;)

next big thanks goes to GTP for hosting a nice BC. Boardadmins who hosted that one before, know what i mean. At all, nice work Duke. (weak point is the "funstuff" in the last race who could maybe splitted in Veil vs God you know ;) )

to my french friends i can only say... for insults you ve to fight... the laugh costs you nothing... so again well done mates.

@GTIRN ... most of us are not sure if the past ****ed you up where lots of guys had a problem with mr God @ GTtimes and his art. You re surely not the first and not the last team who got a DQ in a BC and that has nothing to do with your skills if you drive on the limit. GTweb got one with p@ss or Taf at Cote in the F1, the God too.... GTN got one with rudi @ SS5 and an invisble wall. So stop that **** in the threads, go on for the upcoming BC in future and blame Canada for it :)

if you've been too much out of OLR, please, just keep your ****ing mouth shut, cos it seems to me u didn't follow much last 2 years of GT racing....
if u call Neo,Zoky,IAIN,Ben,Virtua,Loost,KING GT,Wickerman,Max newbies...well, u ain't understood anything of this game...most of them has been playing GT since 1st one, and they can teach u some racing, EVEN IF U USED TO BE fast...and the only reason they couldn't join BC1,BC2,BC3 were Language troubles and Devices'
just cos u didn't hear their names, it doesn't mean they're newbies...
maybe I had some reasons to be angry and posting like that, cos I had just came back home, and seen all that fuss...but...you've got no reasons at all...so please, keep those comments for yourself and learn how to drive from those replays, fortunately, the others of ur team don't need it, and I respect all of them...but you, Mr God...keep ur tradition for urself and get back racing to show me GTIRN guys are just newbies ;)

People, it's over. There's a few days left to verify the remaining replays and updating the final point totals. The final results will be here in less than a week.

In the meantime, all the taunts and cursing and anger are only making the people doing it look like bad sports, whether they are the people who are gaining points or losing points.

its ok mate, i don t care but i ve still read all the stuff what was ongoing with you and you re crew. so don t get me wrong. They way "u" act and your DQ makes no sense to me at all. If i want to learn to be fast i dl max E' s replays, thats for sure 👍

Honestly we got to move over waiting for BC6...

I'm not in agree with the story about "these old guys in OLR" and whatever is in relation with "to be a man that has to be respected" due to his experiences...

From what I've learned in my life ALL THE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD are respectable at all...and this translated in a WEB competition seems to sound like : even this was my first competition , a part what was the wall touch incident , we want respect...

No. I was away from home most of yesterday and I haven't had a chance to chase through the points from Round 1 on.

Hopefully I'll get to do it this afternoon.

I aplogize for the delay in getting this posted, but here we go. With that, BC5 is in the can. We'll still do our best to gather replay videos as they are created, and the replay files will remain here for the indefinite future.

I just want to take one final opportunity to thank all the teams, drivers, managers, and supporters who made this possible. Hopefully, despite the late-game shouting matches, this was the most enjoyable Board Challenge... until next year's.
