Can the Skyline Squadron confirm it's drivers?

As I mentioned, do the three drivers have to be the same for each round? Just making sure.

As for tyres, I was allowing any compound because it would be hard to prove what tyres you were on - so I thought that to remove any doubt, allow any compound and it doesn't matter. Like to hear your thoughts on this.

I see what you mean about limiting the compound!
I'm just trying to make it so there's fewer possibilities for cheating (Not saying any of you will try). Perhaps if we restrict it to R5s? Then, there's no way to get an advantage and the situation you described couldn't come up. What do you think?

Modifications: None, only oil-change+R5 tires(+rigidity refresher)
Rules: Standard OLR rules (we all should know them)
Teams and drivers: Every team goes with three drivers: team leader+2 drivers throughout whole the competition
Deadline: Friday within 2 weeks GMT (www.worldtimezone.com/daylight.html)

HEY 2 weeks a race are yall crazy :dunce: all this does is show whos team has less of a life, "who can go longest with out going crazy racing one track and one car..." thats all this is going to be :scared: come on guys i have my own team that is one of the best on the PS2 online side of things and team battles never take more than 1hr. and you guys want 6 flipin weeks :odd:

look dont take this the worng way but you guys are flipin crazy.....

And guess what?
If the race goes for 2 weeks,you have MORE time for having fun in real life plus you have more time to improve your time.
 
whatever you guys are flipin crazy... a battle that lasts 6 weeks... this not a matter of rude or not man, a battle that takes 6 weeks is crazy and for one your worng becus this will come down to who has more free time on there hands or who can stand to play one car/track combo for 2 weeks. if you cant see my point i dont know what to say to ya.
 
if you can't endure it, then let someone else drive instead of you.
 
I am in agreement with Leo. If you do not want a battle that lasts for six weeks, then do not take part in it. Your own team leader agreed for each of the three rounds to last for two weeks, and so that is the way it will be done.

not so much a matter of cant, but wont. it would drive me crazy to be locked into only one small part of the game for 2 weeks. if i did do it i wont just race for 15 laps and send in my time. becus wen it comes to things like this i dont play around it's all out or none at all. now the prob with that is i like playing different games and so, and wen i do so if i just go back to trying to run a time form say playing toca 3 my ghost will blow me out for the next hr. and i start back at level one. at that point if i have to start all over i'll just say **** this and what it's about. and you guys will just keep racing for your 2 weeks, beat me by 2 sec or more becus you guys need a cat scan, as where i have a need to do things other than GT.

now if it was a supra driver i was racing i'de be on it just to prove I am the best supra driver any where. but messing with some skyline fanboys... lol why the hell would i put the work in just to blow off some skylines.

Just as a side-note, if we take a photo of the Session Record screen it doesn't show tyres, although you can't gain an advantage. It does show power output at the top of the screen, but for some reason I've never figured, it only shows stock power output, not the current output of the car. So that figure isn't very helpful. Oh well, we'll have to rely on the honour system :)

(And I hate to be picky, but I have a space in my name not an underscore. Classy, eh :p )

W...T...F... bram look at what this is! it's going to take 6 F-ing weeks man, this shoudnt take any more than a day at most. i have things i'de like to do that i cant do till this is over, and theres no good reason why this needs to take 6 weeks man. this can be over is less than 1hr for all 3 races if we just get on AIM, yahoo, msn, xfire, skype. theres a LOAD of IM's that we can use and get it over with in one day lol but you guys (bram to not just skyline fanboys inc.) some how think this needs to take 6 weeks. and theres no reason for it.

look i wont lave you hangin bram, but if some one on the team some how likes the fact that this will take 6 weeks by all means let them have my spot.
becus i REALLY dont want to be stuck in one battle for 6 weeks.
 
then don't join and let it become a competition where fun is on top!!

Leo has a good point, it's sometimes hard for people with English as their main language to understand heavily 'shortened' posts, never mind those who don't live in an English-speaking country.
Try to bear that in mind, OK guys?

I would ask if any of you have a preliminary time for a benchmark, but I don't suppose you're going to tell much until the last night ;) :sly:
